Privacy policy — version 2026-08-12

MY WISHES — PRIVACY POLICY
Version 2026-08-12

1. WHAT WE HOLD

The information you choose to record: your profile, documents, contacts,
beneficiaries, assets, recordings and wishes. Also the account details needed to
operate the service — your email address, sign-in times, and the address your
requests came from.

2. ENCRYPTION

Identity numbers, recording transcripts and uploaded files are encrypted before
they are stored, under a key belonging to your account. Names, addresses and
similar details are stored unencrypted so the product can display and search
them.

3. WHO CAN SEE IT

Only you, and the people you have granted access to. Access is recorded, and you
can see who opened what.

Our administrators can see account details — your name, email, phone and address
— and can act on the account itself: suspend it, sign it out, resend
verification. They cannot read your documents, beneficiaries, recordings or
identity numbers.

4. EMAIL

We send only what the service requires: verification, password reset, emergency
notices, a welcome message, and occasional reminders to review your information.
We do not sell your address and we do not email your contacts.

5. DELETION

Deleting your account destroys your records. A minimal record is kept: contact
details, the dates the account opened and closed, the last address you connected
from, and the date and version of the agreements you accepted.

6. CHANGES

This policy may change. Earlier versions remain available.
